Returns & Refunds Policy

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a base garment is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 working days of receipt by emailing amy@dnadancelab.co.uk.

All reported items will be subject to inspection. Where a fault is confirmed, customers will be offered either:

  • A replacement garment, or

  • A refund

Returns Conditions

Garments must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of receipt

  • In their original, unworn condition

  • With original packaging and tags intact

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • They are outside the returns timeframe

  • They show signs of wear, use, or damage

All returns (including faulty items) are sent back at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.

Embellishment Services (Important)

  • A £15 non-refundable deposit per garment, per embellishment service is required

  • This deposit is deducted from the final balance

  • All DNA Dance Lab embellishment designs are final

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full within 24 hours of completion before garments are dispatched

⚠️ Embellished or customised garments are non-returnable, unless faulty.


Promotions & Discount Codes

  • Discount codes must be applied to Invoice 1 and cannot be applied retrospectively

  • Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

This does not apply to customised or embellished items.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is up to 10 business days

  • Banks and card providers may take additional time to release funds

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
