Returns & Refunds Policy
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If a base garment is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 working days of receipt by emailing amy@dnadancelab.co.uk.
All reported items will be subject to inspection. Where a fault is confirmed, customers will be offered either:

A replacement garment, or
-
A refund
Returns Conditions
Garments must be:

Returned within 14 days of receipt

In their original, unworn condition

With original packaging and tags intact
Returns will not be accepted if:

They are outside the returns timeframe
-
They show signs of wear, use, or damage
All returns (including faulty items) are sent back at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.

Embellishment Services (Important)

A £15 non-refundable deposit per garment, per embellishment service is required

This deposit is deducted from the final balance

All DNA Dance Lab embellishment designs are final
-
The remaining balance must be paid in full within 24 hours of completion before garments are dispatched
⚠️ Embellished or customised garments are non-returnable, unless faulty.
Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied to Invoice 1 and cannot be applied retrospectively

Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
Returned items must:

Be unworn and unused

Include original tags and packaging

Be accompanied by proof of purchase
This does not apply to customised or embellished items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time is up to 10 business days

Banks and card providers may take additional time to release funds
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
