Returns and Refunds
Should a base garment be faulty, please notify us within 7 working days upon receipt to: amy@dnadancelab.co.uk
Customers will be offered a replacement garment or a refund after a close inspection.
Garments must be returned in their original state and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Returns will not be accepted if they are:
Out of the returns date or show signs of wear.
Returning any faulty garments to DNA Dance Lab Ltd is at your own expense.

Embellishment services
A £15 deposit is required per garment, per embellishment service.
This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and will be taken from the balance of the garment.
All DNA Dance lab designs are final.
Balance of any embellishment services needs to be paid in full within 24 hours of completion before dispatch of garments.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes must be applied to invoice no 1 And cannot be applied retrospectively.
Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Any personal information that we collect is used to provide garments and/or services to our customers.
We are fully committed to protecting your personal information and ensure all our customers information is stored securely.
Any personal information will not be shared with third parties or organisations.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment (where possible) if payments are received over the weekend or bank holidays garments will be shipped the next working day.

Please ensure we have your correct address for delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost post if an incorrect address is provided.

In stock orders
A completion date will be required and must be agreed by DNA Dance Lab Ltd. This is a fixed date and cannot be altered once agreed.
Design
DNA Dance Lab Ltd designers will provide a final design for the troupe costume including embellishment services. This is a final design and cannot be altered once agreed.
Payment
Plain wear: Payment in Full
Custom orders: Payment in Full (Duet/Trio/small groups up to 5)
Troupe over 5
Invoice 1: 50% base and embellishment services
Invoice 2: Balance & Postage and Packaging to be paid within 24hours upon completion
Additional costumes
Additional or replacement costumes are full price and exempt from the original quote.
Garment Care
All troupe orders will receive garment care cards and one maintenance pack. If any additional maintenance materials are required please contact us.

Any Circumstances beyond our control which may affect production and turnaround time will be communicated with customers.
